In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership by contacting the administrator at OAFM in writing at OAFM Administrator.

Once you cancel your membership subscription, your AccFM status and your OAFM member account will be suspended immediately,  your member profile will be removed from the website directory and, in the case of Accredited Members, you will no longer be licensed to use the OAFM logo.

Your cancellation request may take up to 72 hours to process.

You may reactivate your account by contacting the OAFM Administrator.

Refunds

Membership, conference, and training fees are non-refundable. Requests for refunds for administrative errors may be made in writing to the OAFM Administrator. Refunds will only be considered when the written request is made in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge/payment to OAFM.
