Summary
Family Mediation is a process that allows parties to consider necessary arrangements within a legal framework in a setting alternative to Court. Through a reflective approach to mediation, I assist spouses and parents during the period of relationship breakdown.
As an Accredited Family Mediator, I am able to support parties negotiating the following domestic contracts: Co-habitation Agreements, Marriage Contracts, Separation Agreements.
