Jim Fitch M.A., LL.B., Acc.FM, Acc.EM, CP.Med.

Jim Fitch is a family mediator and arbitrator serving families across Ontario. Jim works with families in transition, families experiencing contact with the Child Protection system, and families who have experienced Intimate Partner Violence. Jim has particular experience and expertise working with LGBTQ families in transition. Jim writes and lectures on Family Dispute Resolution Ethics and on the impact of technological change on Family proceedings. Jim lives in Burlington, Ontario, with his family and pets, and enjoys cooking, baking and pretty much any sport.
