The Way Mediation Inc. was founded by Tiago Campos with the goal of providing efficient, affordable and compassionate dispute resolution services in the Greater Toronto Area. It is an organization serving all who wish to resolve disputes and work towards fair, long lasting agreements in a non adversarial process. Its mission is to enable people to save time, money and have a future that is peaceful and free of conflict.
Tiago is passionate about helping people navigate conflict. He also works with those simply looking for a way to formalize important decisions efficiently. He is known to be empathetic, an attentive listener and a calming influence, in both high conflict and amicable settings. Tiago believes that all people are imperfect, including the mediator, yet they are worthy of dignity and having a voice in the process. His facilitation style is one that draws out constructive input from the parties involved, helping to brainstorm win-win solutions, while managing impasses with patience and care. Tiago considers it a privilege to work with those who choose peace over an adversarial process to resolving disputes.
