Summary
Gail Brochu is an Accredited Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators, and a Qualified Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada and Institute of Ontario. She is also a Voice of the Child Practitioner and trained in Collaborative Practice. Fluently, bilingual in French and English, Gail has acquired 16 years of mediation experience, including 22 years of front-line service within the Mental Health sector. Ms. Brochu has extensive experience with crisis intervention. She is solution-oriented and at the same time a high conflict mediator. Gail is a solid Dispute Resolution professional with integrity, has an excellent track record with relationship-building, excellent evaluative skills, and the ability to providing a safe place for her mediation clients to share in integrity. Gail believed the foundation to her professional success is her interpersonal strategies. Presently, Gail is the Manager of York Hills Family Mediation and Information Services, she is a coach for York University in the Continuing Education Family Mediation course and the owner and operator of Accord Mediation Group.
