My experience working in many different Court systems throughout Eastern Ontario has given me a deep insight into the high financial, emotional and physical costs, of unresolved conflict. I have spent years working with some of the highest conflict cases your can imagine - with great success. I am fully committed to helping individuals develop constructive, collaborative agreements that support healthy, productive relationships. I understand on a personal level the impact relationship breakdown has on families, particularly our children.

I have organized a variety of workshops and regularly give presentations to the public. I completed my Graduate Degree in Conflict Resolution at Carleton University in the Department of Law, with a focus on Organizational and System Design in order to learn, grow and assist in my desire for promoting positive social change. I am a Certified Activation Method Coach. As such I have gone through intensive study and training in strategies to handle the whole range of human needs and life challenges. This system allows you to quickly tap into your potential and remove obstacles. I am also a Certified yoga instructor and have introduced hundreds of students to the benefits of yoga and mediation. I realize that now more than ever we need to find new way.
