I also offer elder mediation assisting families in dealing with issues regarding elders. For the past 19 years I have found that Mediation offers a much better process for dispute resolution. It enables parties to find their own solutions to their issues in a confidential, collaborative and respectful way, using a mediator as their facilitator.
