Hello, I’m Nadia Marcos, an Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM) with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and the founder of Serenity Route Mediation.
 
I created Serenity Route because I truly believe that even in life’s most challenging moments, families deserve a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. When people come to mediation, they often carry stress, uncertainty, and strong emotions—and my role is to walk alongside them with patience, understanding, and a steady sense of calm.

In my practice, I focus on creating a warm, safe environment where families can communicate openly, reduce conflict, and work toward solutions that feel fair and sustainable. Every story matters. Every voice matters. I am committed to treating each person with dignity and compassion, helping families move forward with clarity and confidence.
