SEARCH HELP

Mediator Search automatically starts in Home location mode and is sorted by Acc.FM as the mediator type.

Type in a letter(s) in the Search Criteria Box and then click on the Search button and you will get a new window listing all OAFM Accredited mediators with offices in the municipalities that begin with the letters that you have typed in. 

Search criteria field input only searches by from the left.  You cannot specify a letter string in the middle i.e. typing "o" in Search Criteria when searching for home location will only get results such as "Orillia", not "Toronto".

If you do not type in any letters in the Search Criteria Box, you will get a listing of ALL the members for that type of search, and specified member type.

You may specify searches by:

1. Home Location
2. Mediator LAST Name
3. Area Code
4. Postal Code
5. Named City (See below)

Change the type of search by clicking the Type of Search pull-down menu and selecting the desired type.

Each search is modified by the type of OAFM Member you are looking for. Currently, only OAFM Accredited Mediators are searchable on the website:

1. OAFM Accredited Mediator, or

Change the type of OAFM Member by clicking the Type of Member pull-down menu and selecting the desired membership criteria.

Note that you may use the map search as well, located here.  Map search does not allow searching by member type (all members are listed).

Searching by Named City

On request, OAFM members may list multiple, specific municipalities as locales where they will provide their services, in addition to where their home office is located.  The named city search shows all members who have listed a selected city as a place where they will provide their services.
